Ask to be dropped at the intersection of Wall Street and Broad Street, which is just around the corner. Driving yourself is not recommended—many roads are restricted, and parking is limited and expensive.

Runs north–south along Broadway. Get off at Broadway and Wall Street, walk 3 min toward Broad Street.
M15 / M15 SBS
Runs along 1st/2nd Ave down to the South Ferry area. Get off near Water Street / Wall Street and walk 5–7 mins to Broad Street.

Runs West Side to Battery Park City and the Financial District. Get off near South End Ave / Battery Place and walk 8–10 mins to Broad Street.
Once Downtown, Fearless Girl is an easy walk or bike ride from popular destinations including Battery Park, World Trade Center and The Seaport (all ~10 min walk).
